Customer Success Specialist
The customer success specialist will answer questions on how to use the AireXpert mobile application and web platform as well as build personal relationships with user groups while engaging in ongoing support efforts.

Key Responsibilities Include
- Occasional travel to airlines and aircraft maintenance bases around the country and virtual/remote engagement to ensure users are onboarded
- Answer questions on how to use the AireXpert mobile application and web platform
- Build personal relationships with user groups while engaging in ongoing support efforts
- Contribute in the product process: share your experiences and ideas to impact how the product is built
- Develop and utilize your skills as a mentor and leader
- Help estimate, plan, and execute customer success projects
Qualifications & Requirements
Experience:
- You have experience running demos of a product (preferably software) to multiple types of customers
- Experience doing remote customer support for people in different regions of the country
- Understanding value propositions of a platform for a specific user
- Demonstrate an understanding of a user’s environment and have a passion for customer success
Bonus Experience:
- SaaS or Paas sales experience or relevant knowledge
- People focused: You take pride in building excellent relationships with others
- Quality communicator: You can confidently break down tricky topics remotely and in person
- Interest in industry: A desire to learn about the aerospace industry & culture
- Surprisingly efficient: You get a lot done quickly, and can translate your skills to the rest of the team to help everyone grow together
